Intelligent Journey Over Mountains and Seas, Gathering Strength to Move Forward – ECHIEV 2026 Annual Gala Held Successfully
On the first day of the annual meeting, the company held the "2025 Year-End Summary & 2026 Work Plan and Target Conference" at its Shenzhen headquarters, comprehensively reviewing the annual work achievements and clarifying the development strategy and target tasks for the new year.
At the meeting, CEO Mr. Song Chaozhong expressed sincere gratitude to all employees for their hard work and clearly stated that in 2026 the company will continue to deeply cultivate the core field of autonomous driving, taking technological innovation as the core driving force, strengthening coordination among departments, and steadily advancing toward annual goals with a pragmatic and diligent attitude.
Subsequently, each functional department conducted work reviews in turn, thoroughly sorting out annual achievements and areas for improvement. Combined with the company's overall strategy, they established key tasks and implementation paths for the new year. The entire meeting had clear objectives and a compact rhythm, further consolidating consensus among all staff and laying a solid foundation for steady progress in the new year.
After the meeting concluded, the journey began. We headed to Dapeng and embarked on a joyful trip accompanied by mountains and seas.
In the afternoon, we arrived at Qixingwan Yacht Club. Before us, blue waves rippled gently and sea breezes blew softly. After brief preparations, everyone boarded the yacht and embarked on a two-hour sea journey. On the boundless sea, we shed our fatigue, enjoyed the relaxing time of sea fishing, immersed ourselves in the mountain and sea scenery, and felt the team's relaxation and vitality.
The next morning, we set off fully prepared, hiking through Shenzhen's stunning beach – Jediaosha. The azure sea and silver sand spread out before us as we walked side by side. Beneath our feet was soft white sand, and in our ears were the sounds of waves and laughter. The mountains and sea witnessed our footprints together.
Around midday, the campfire smoke rose, and a lively beach barbecue began. The charcoal sizzled, and aroma filled the air. Everyone sat together, raised their glasses for cheerful toasts, and shared the delicious food they had grilled themselves. With mountains and sea as the backdrop and the campfire as company, the warmth and laughter of this moment became the most precious memory.
